How long will it take to receive my Perfect Peace Puzzle?
Depending on when you ordered, some orders may be delayed due to USPS carriers. Nevertheless, shipping can generally take a week for delivery.
Orders received late evenings, weekends, and holidays, will be processed the next business date.
Additional shipping fees may be applied for rush orders.
My item(s) arrived damaged or flawed, what should I do?
If your items arrive damaged or flawed, please email Customer Care at
firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your concern, along with your order number, and a photo of the damaged or flawed puzzles.
A Customer Care representative will provide instructions for returning damaged and flawed items to the Perfect Peace Puzzles headquarters as well as provide options to replace the damaged item(s).
What if my puzzle has not arrived yet?
Shipping may be delayed for a number of reasons. Please use your tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package. If you are still having shipping issues, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. but we are working to supply outside of the U.S. Please check back with us.
How much is shipping?
Standard domestic shipping can range from $7.99 - $10.70. For orders over $80.00, domestic shipping is free. All shipping fees are nonrefundable once the order has been shipped.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Options are available for rush shipments.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalization of each bundle, all sales are final. However, we desire that our customers are happy with their product. In the event that your puzzle or other items are damaged on arrival or a mistake has been made with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your issue.
When will pre-ordered puzzles be shipped out?
Customers who have pre-ordered puzzles will be contacted by email about the shipping date of their order. Please contact Customer Care at email@example.com if you have not received any information on your order.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped the same day if the order is received by 12 PM EST. All orders received after 12 PM EST are shipped the next business day. In order to track your order, please utilize the tracking number given at checkout.
